Sappenheim: Good evening. Kennedy: The Shadow Spokesman for Television, Lord Kinwoodie. Kinwoodie: Hello. Kennedy: And a television critic, Mr. Patrick Loone. Loone: Hello. Kennedy: Gentlemen - should there be a fourth television channel or not? Ian? Throat: Yes. Kennedy: Francis. Kinwoodie: No. Kennedy: Sir Abe? Sappenheim: Yes. Kennedy: Patrick.
